MANAGING PARTNER
'Experience' is our
USP
After a successful build and exit from a PE (Inflexion) backed trade deal in 2021, and a successful investment and NED period into a number of sectors, it feels a very natural progression to now be raising my own private equity fund. I am a non-traditional, high impact and energetic non-executive director / strategic advisor and leader. It is from this experience, a fantastic network gained, the cuts and bruises and trophies won along the way that Growth Fund 1 was born.
Renowned for my energy, passion and commitment to targets, my track record demonstrates significant results, achieving greater profitability, controlled growth, and successful ‘build and prepare to exit’ processes. Having exited my own business, with all earn-outs and loan notes successfully redeemed, I am now working with a variety of businesses who wish to realise the same.
MY BACKGROUND
After driving recognised industry leading high-performance sales teams, I founded, built, led, and successfully exited pan-European tech recruitment business Marlin Green. In the 11 years since inception, we built a business which sold to 17+countries via seven currency lines, run out of offices in Shoreditch in London and Dusseldorf in Germany. I was Founder, CEO and then Co-Chairman from foundation to exit in a mid-market Inflexion (Private Equity) backed trade deal, which was completed in September 2021. I was retained as NED and Steering Committee member.
